The team of Instructional Design Strategists: Technology & Innovation works to grow teacher capacity using a variety of mediums. While 1:1 coaching yields the most impact, we employ additional strategies and resources such as small and large group professional development, Professional Learning Community (PLC) facilitation, training, newsletters, and more.

Being responsive to time being a massive challenge for teachers, I designed bite-sized tips to share with teachers that centered on shortcuts within Google's ecosystem. These tips were accessed over 700 times and led to additional 1:1 coaching conversations to reimagine learning through the lens of innovation.
