Project background

The team of Instructional Design Strategists: Technology & Innovation was looking to partner with teachers, librarians, and instructional coaches to reimagine learning. The Deep Dive Cohort was an opt-in program that set up a regular meeting cadence with teachers. During these strategic meetings, design thinking was leveraged to identify instructional goals, brainstorm innovative approaches, and pinpoint layers of support. Following the implementation of redesigned lessons, collaborative members reflected on both the process and product of the experience. At the conclusion of the cohort, members participated in an end-of-year celebration where they highlighted their success and growth.
